Cloud Router BFD

locations v2.1 API call Customer request

A new version of the locations call returns information about cloud providers at each location. For more information, see the API docs.

Changes and enhancements

  • When creating a Hosted Azure connection or an Azure Cloud Router connection, users will no longer be asked to select a location. Location information is already available from the service key.
  • The Cloud Router API docs have been separated by Cloud Router and Cloud Router connections.
  • Added alphabetical sorting to the marketplace.
  • The billing status seen in newly provisioned port details has been updated to read Starts in n days OR when operationally Up. This is more descriptive of how billing works. Previously, this status simply said Starts in n days.
  • Added a PATCH update to allow users to update the description for Hosted cloud connections.

Bug fixes

  • Fixed a confusing error message that displayed when a user tried to disable a Colt-powered port.
  • Pressing Enter to submit was not working on the delete dialog shown when deleting a Cloud Router.
  • The on-ramp location field was not a required field when creating an AWS Hosted connection, when it should be required.
  • The side menu was disappearing when creating a Cloud Router connection.
