Testing and Demo Guidelines

Use the following guidelines when testing or giving a demo. This will help you avoid needing to contact PacketFabric technical support.

• When provisioning a port, always select a 1-month term.
• When provisioning a virtual circuit, always select either a 1 month, hourly, or usage-based term.
• Delete test services as soon as you are finished using them.
• Do not provision test ports in Colt locations.
• Use “TEST” or “DEMO” in the service name to keep them easily identifiable.
• If you are working in a new account, be mindful of our service quotas.
