Testing and Demo Guidelines
Use the following guidelines when testing or giving a demo. This will help you avoid needing to contact PacketFabric technical support.
- When provisioning a port, always select a 1-month term.
- When provisioning a virtual circuit, always select either a 1 month, hourly, or usage-based term.
- Delete test services as soon as you are finished using them.
- Do not provision test ports in Colt locations.
- Use “TEST” or “DEMO” in the service name to keep them easily identifiable.
- If you are working in a new account, be mindful of our service quotas.
IMPORTANT: Everything you order is still billable, regardless of whether you are using it to test or demo.
