New Account Quotas
New customers are subject to quotas until their account is fully verified.
An account can be verified in the following ways:
- You have an access port that is operationally and administratively up, meaning that the cross connect is in place and you can pass traffic.
- You pay your first invoice.
- Manual verification via your Implementation and Service Delivery Coordinator or account executive.
